Redbird does not sell family contact information and does not collect a commission when you move somewhere. Families need better information before becoming leads — not more sales calls after becoming one.
For communities
- Every licensed community can have a basic listing, claimed or not.
- Redbird Partners claim their listing and enhance it with photos and details.
- Partners keep pricing, care information and current availability up to date.
- Partners can add promotions and respond to what families are looking for.
- Redbird charges a flat subscription — never a referral fee based on move-ins.
How information is verified
Every listing shows where its information came from and, when we have it, the date it was last confirmed. Redbird may use:
- Publicly available information
- State licensing records and other public sources, shown as collected by Redbird.
- Official community websites
- Details a community publishes itself, including pricing when it is published openly.
- Information provided by the community
- Details a verified representative enters or confirms in their Redbird dashboard.
- Redbird research
- Checks Redbird performs to fill gaps, always tied to the source it came from.
Pricing a community publishes publicly is labelled Published by community · Verified [date], and pricing a community enters directly is labelled Provided by community. Redbird never estimates pricing, availability or care eligibility — when something hasn't been reported, we say so. Please confirm the details that matter directly with the community.
