Redbird Guide is built so that families can research senior living without giving anything up first. You do not need an account to search, compare or view any listing.
We do not sell family contact information
Redbird does not sell, rent or share family names, phone numbers or email addresses with senior living communities, referral agencies or anyone else. We are not a referral service and we do not take commissions when a family moves.
What we do collect
We measure anonymous usage so we can tell whether Redbird is useful: which searches happen, which listings are viewed and compared, and when someone taps to call or visit a community's website. These events are tied only to a random, temporary session code stored in your browser. They are never linked to a name, email address, phone number or message.
Your guided-search answers stay in your browser and in the link you're viewing. We do not store them against an identity.
Community accounts
Senior living staff who claim a listing do create an account. We store their name, work email, job title and optional work phone so Redbird can verify that they are authorized to manage that community's listing.
